A6: Utilizing a Virtual-CDN Architecture to Scale Capacity and Services Rapidly
This presentation will show attendees how to leverage virtual-CDN architectures to easily scale capacity and CDN services up or down based on load, latency or QoE. With the use of examples, this session will demonstrate how a global V-CDN solution and services can be defined, created and deployed using a private operator cloud, one or more Public Clouds, or any combination. These services include edge (Transparent Caching, multiscreen JIT packaging, web page optimization etc.), origin (Transcode/Transrate, VOD packaging etc.) and RAN services.
